Using Existing Resources to Spawn a New Era in Renewable Energy

I came across a very interesting text yesturday.

In brief this text is looking into algae farms as a means of producing the next generation bio fuels and how the "food" for the algae could be agriculture runoff amongst others. Could the future players of oil production be the farmers of Jæren?
